Generation USA Program Expansion in Wilmington
Generation USA is expanding its programming in Wilmington in 2019, as part of a partnership with WLA focused on reducing unemployment in the city. Generation’s process works with the employers to target employment sector needs, develop relevant curriculum and incorporate both social skills training and experiential learning models that allow graduates to be specifically prepared to interview, become employed and navigate the work environment successfully.
Generation is hiring local staff in Wilmington to ramp up and deliver the workforce development expansion. Positions open include a Business Development Manager, Workforce Readiness Program Coordinator Workforce Instructor, and Workforce Readiness Mentor.
