We have a large internship program where we bring in young people to work, after college, to our economy, and then we develop them through their career. It’s a point of pride when young employees work at other places because we feel like we’ve taught them well.
We want to give people the opportunity to continue to grow in Wilmington. We love our economic base, the incredible financial service and chemical jobs and law firm jobs in this community. But I think what we’re most proud of are the jobs that we’ve created for people who live in the city, and maybe don’t have college degrees.
Safety and Livability
Our organization supports the Wilmington Housing Partnership, that builds 100-150 houses every year.
We are in support of revitalizing the neighborhood holistically through social services and community services. It’s not just about economic development, and it’s not just about crime prevention.
“We're not here just to build buildings. We're focused on building communities. We're community developers.”
Through the efforts of our associates and guided by our values, we transform the communities we serve, striving to exceed the expectations of our tenants, residents and clients.
